Anyone taken the CFE or CIA? Feedback is appreciated with respect to review courses and prep time. Thanks.

Feel free to pass on your study materials as well.

I completed CFE. Pretty easy. Just study review course provided by the ACFE. Exam questions are basically the same. Besides you take the exam online at your home.

Btw what is your service line? CFE is not that recognized unless you work on forensics or AML related work. CIA is good if you are doing internal audit engagements. Don't take them just for the sake of having another certification.

We need to STOP glamorizing overworking. Please.

The absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn’t something to be applauded.

To many people wear their burnout as a badge of honor. It’s time to consider pivoting.

And it needs to change.

Hello everyone, I am graduating this May as a double major in business management and operations and supply supply chain management. I interned at a large 3PL last summer and it led to a full time offer as a operations supervisor. I am supposed to start this June but for some reason I'm not sure if I am on the right track. I would love some insight on a good potential career path and if I should look for other opportunities or see how the one I have plays out. Thanks!

I have completed my tech interview rounds with UBS and have received email for fitment round.

HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

Thank you.

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?
