Hi, I have a solid background in Algorithms and Data Structures and have expertise in Data Science but working in Data engineering for the last 4 years. I have applied to multiple positions around Data roles in the past couple of years at Google but didn't get a single interview.

Can someone please guide where I am going wrong? I tried to format my resume around ATS but nothing really helped.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

I am completing Noogler period this month.
I joined in January with 3-4 years of experience and Google offered me L3 Level and despite having other offers in hand, Google didn’t negotiate. And since Google was my dream company, I joined Google thinking I’ll ask for promotion in one year and do the hardwork.
