I have accepted an offer from Deloitte and resigned from my current company 10 days ago. I have also submitted my background verification (BGV) details. I was checking the status every day, and it was showing that the BGV was in progress. When I checked today, it showed "Offer Accepted." Does this mean my BGV is completed? Will they verify again, or is it completely resolved in all aspects of the BGV?Deloitte

If we join in September, are we eligible for coming appraisal / year end review?

My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?
