And one of them picked in lottery.
Below are my queries
1. Is it ok to apply from two different companies?
2. Considering the current situation , can I proceed for visa processing?
3. Will there be any issue with application, advocate is saying it is showing in system, that I applied from two different companies.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

My h1b petition was approved till September 2022. I was not able to get it stamped through previous employer and now my current employer is willing to transfer the H1b. Since the petition got expired can someone guide me what is the process for this ?

H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

This feels like unfair practice. Is it common? What should be my approach?

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase
