Hi i have been fired from one company in 11 months, next company(big 4) in 1.6 yrs and joined one startup they also fired me in 1.5 months saying budget issue. What should I do now?

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?

Suppose your work for employer A. You get a job with employer B who files you H1-B transfer and you get fired by employer A before the transfer is approved. Does that have any effect on transfer?

What are typical entry levels for consulting managers from the big 4 and EM/PL from MBB at Google? L5/L6 ?

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.
