What are salaries like for creatives working at advertising agencies in Tokyo? I know in general that the salary bands are lower than major cities in the USA but curious if anyone has any personal experience. This would be for an American agency with an office in Tokyo.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Need some advice: Last year I left consulting to take a job in industry (a pay cut, but more freedom, WLB). Due to covid I switched to yet another company (same industry). It’s been half a year at the new place and I absolutely hate it. Not the work, but the company genuinely sucks. Considering a) mba for next fall (just as a reset) or b) job hopping yet again. What takes so long for decisions after final rounds? Final was on Monday last week and they said they want to move ASAP and potentially start on dec 14. Have yet to hear anything and reached out to the recruiter this morning

I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?

Team i am working in Deloitte USI bangalore having 6.5yrs of exp in cybersecurity . Got an offer in Pwc ac Kolkata but in bangalore office . They are offering decent hike 48% and manager role . Seeing so many bad reviews a bit concerned now !! Should I go ahead or not ?
