How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

I completed my HR discussion in capgemini one week back. My HR told she will send mail with a amcat test link. But till now i didn't receive any such mail(6 days passed). Am i rejected or will it take some time to send mail?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Off topic: I am planning to buy or book a car by end of this quarter. I can spend upto 20 lacs max. So suggest me a good car.
