Also, is it worth spending upto 20 lacs on a car? 90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

I sublease an apartment from a friend who is currently in Jail unfortunately. I wasn’t in the lease and the apartment found out from my personal check which I paid for the rent.

They refused the rent and after the three day notification has passed they refused the cashier’s check here in Orange County.

Since I joined my firm, I’ve noticed that the vast majority of people who left my practice group are POC (now that I went back and counted, ALL of them were POC). Do you think this is just a coincidence? Or should I read anything into it?

Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide.
