I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. 2. Xyz - 8.5 fixed+ 1.5L bonus at year-end n other components total CTC will be 11.40
