What would you expect in terms of compensation for a CTO role at a small, private software company? What would you look for in terms of equity to balance out a lower potential base salary?

I want to switch.

CCTC: 18 LPA (its been 9 months in the company)
YOE: 4 yrs 9 months
Tech: ReactJS, JavaScript etc.

Haven't put down the paper yet (notice period will be 2 months)

What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?
