I received TCS offer 10 days after I joined another company as they took more than month to release my offer. My BGV came negative saying you are working for another employer. I tried convincing HR that I am ready to resign now again and join TCS within a month as my initial joining date with TCS is also in December but she says offer is cancelled as you didn't inform me of your joining to another company. How valid is this? Tata Consultancy

Canada is not suited for short term immigration
For short term Dubai is the best option. There are no taxes so you will be able to save more.
Since you want to earn and then return to India, UAE is a better option here.
Canada is for those who want quality of life and similar things but I doubt if one can save enough there.
BTW would you mind sharing your yoe and tech? Also, how did you get these opportunities
7+ years workex in consulting. Engg + MBA. The Dubai one is a client and the Toronto one I got approached though LinkedIn
Are u in to finance or SCM ? Are in big 4 ? Dubai location is good. But quality of work is very bad compared to india. Learning is zero. Good for making money. But costs are not cheap if you are staying with spouse n kids. Advantage is it's near to india. Not good for long term stay. Okaish for short term stay. Best for bachelor people as they can save more money.
Make sure you transfer all you saving when you are on Dubai visa. Else you have to pay tax in india as per tax bracket
If he moves after 180 days in india he will have to pay taxes in india. As he is indian tax resident for this FY.
I am seriously considering Dubai since it is a tax free zone and close to base
Dubai is just 4hrs flight and Canada 20 to25hrs if you got direct flight
Dubai - so this depends on what work you do now, and also what work you want to do, in the next 2-3 years. UAE is a great place, and you would feel at a lot at home. Plus, no income taxes. The job prospects in IT sector are booming in the entire GCC region (especially in areas of cybersecurity, banking, ecommerce ,etc). and if you perform really well at your job (and your client finds you trustworthy), you would be retained as a permanent employee of the client. So, in a nutshell, it's the best place to go "onsite" currently.
From what I understand from friends/colleagues, Canada gives you some freebies (and some more once you become permanent resident) in the areas of healthcare, education. But that is after collecting taxes from you.
If you don't plan to live a lot in either of these countries, then the one closest (geographically and culturally) should be your best bet.
For Dubai, please don't agree for anything less than 15k AED, and do look for accommodation in Karama.
Go to Canada , get citizenship and then move back to India, Canada offers 3-5 year supervisa to parents where they can stay with you in Canada for 2 years - you will have best of both the worlds
Dubai as per your priorities
