Hi M1 - I am enrolled at Ananda Ayurveda Academy. I did my AWC last year, now in the second year, which is the Ayurvedic Practitioner program. Will graduate end of the year (hopefully) - it’s a lot of hours because it has a built-in internship.

Yes, I hope to be able to leave Corporate for that. Of course, this is not where the big $$$ are :) but I love it.
Bachelors or equivalent is the requirement, I believe. It’s 650 hours in the first year, 930 in the second. Plus 4 weeks of internship in India. Classes are on Zoom.

For the partners/mds/directors etc how are you protecting your money with the new administration? I’m assuming Biden’s plan will help the lower class but for the upper class I’m sure there have been strategies your advisors have been telling you. Hi! New Yogi here. I love yoga AFTER I’ve done yoga... if that makes sense. During yoga, I’m fidgety and restless and I can’t seem to concentrate. But after? Phew! I love the mushy, warm, puddle feeling. Can anyone offer some advice to ease my way into doing yoga consistently?

For background I’m normally a heavy lifter type of gal but with covid I’m trying to find a wider range of activity. All comments/thoughts welcome!
