I have offer from Genpact for Workday Technical Consultant Role. I have heard that Genpact uses a tracking tool to track employee hours is this true ??
If this is true, does this is kind of a micromanagement? Is there any way to bypass ?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry.
