Hi, i m 32 years old currently Staying in Bangalore with mom in a rented flat paying 25K rent + 2500 Maintenance. Have been looking for a flat to buy from last 6 months with in a budget of 50 Lakhs max, found a 2bhk 650 Sqft flat in a 3 year old society having some 650 flats. Society is well maintained and monthly maintenance is 2.2K. After all the negotiation with the seller the final amount is 49 Lakhs and after registration and other costs it will cost me around 53 Lakhs. Need advice guys

Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
