I recently joined BNP Paribas ISPL, and post joining I got to know about this non contractual work from home. I wanted to understand if anyone has taken it, what is the duration? How do they track it? What if you extend it or you stay away from base location keeping them uninformed? Also, do you need to complete 10 days a month on top of it?

Subject matter expert with my CPA. I’m completely fed up with the compliance aspect of public accounting Tax but don’t mind the technical side. Does it make sense to become an attorney to get out of compliance work and still do something related to specialty tax?
