I recently left NTT DATA in June month as a full time employee as I was on bench for 1 month but not getting any good projects which match my skills. Now an another manager with whom I had worked for a brief amount of time, has asked me to join back. He was mentioning that I can join as a contractor there as I can't again join back as a full time this soon. And then later he will help me to make it permanent if all goes well.
Can someone tell me, is it allowed to join back like that?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?
