Hi I work in CTS.I have HR discussion with Virtusa on Monday.But HR is expecting me to join on 16th April.I am not in Notice period.How to handle in this case? Can i ask for early release?

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Thought it’s just something residual after my cold but then I went for a week out of town and it disappeared completely only to start again when I got back and stepped into my building. You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…
