I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?
