I'm a Snowflake Data Engineer with 3 YOE - need advice on two offers. HCL is offering 11 LPA (5% variable) for Lead Engineer role(ETL Developer) doing IBM DataStage migration, while LTIMindtree is offering 10-10.5 LPA fixed for Senior Data Engineer through pooling interview with project TBD.

Which one should I pick for better career growth and is this salary decent for current market standards?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
