Hi, I’m Lansworth Tyrell. I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and I’m currently studying for my CompTIA A+ certification—I’ve already passed Core 1. I’m also enrolled in the Per Scholas IT Support Bootcamp.

I’m looking to transition into a full-time IT support or help desk role with a company that values innovation and professional growth. I’d love to connect with someone further— Anyone would be open to staying in touch on LinkedIn or scheduling a quick follow-up?

Hi everyone! First time using this app. I always wondered, how are other IT help desk jobs? I’ll share how mine is.
I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
