Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?

Summing up the Pro’s and Con’s

Pro’s

1. Yearly hike starting from 10%. ( 1st year hike could be around 6%)
2. Work life balance
3. Large pool of paid leaves ( Around 44 days of paid leave)
4. Huge number of internal opportunities
5. Health insurance by company

Cons :

1. Business travels are mostly for management peoples
2. No benefits out of CTC like free food , free cab
3. No gifts for any festivals
4. Leaves cant be encashed and only 7 will get carry forward

How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.
