I’m currently in a sales role and I’ve noticed the bonus structure this year feels quite low compared to the effort required. It almost feels like you’re putting in a lot of work but not seeing a proportional return.
Is this compensation structure expected to remain the same, or is there any discussion around potential changes or improvements?

Would really appreciate any insights from others in a similar role.
