Hi, it's been three weeks since I completed my HR discussion round with IBM ISL bangalore and also received the salary breakdown, i negotiated and it's been two weeks since the HR hasn't gotten back to me, she says she is waiting for approval and doesn't have an update. I have heard that it's the same case with a few other candidates in Bangalore. Does anyone know what's going on?

Yeah my HR doesn't pick my calls whatsoever. And on the careers portal my application has ended so I guess that's the end of it

In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.
