I felt my answers were clear and relevant, so I’m trying to understand what more they expect. I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to improve or better align with their criteria, as it feels like there may be less obvious factors influencing the outcome.

Hi, I am a single-parent with a 9 year old daughter. Is anyone else dealing with same gender sleepovers with sexual exploration occurring? Exploring as in my daughter says outright “I am going to kiss you,” to her bestie before bed. Then after 15 minutes of giggling in bed I go to tell them to be quiet and see my daughter’s bestie is showing her buttcheeks to my daughter. To top it off they start trying to tell me they are laughing because they are reading “belly laugh books for kids”. Help.

What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. Trying to find recruiting firms to help me find my next project / program management role. I'm struggling to determine which firms can help with PM roles AND I'm struggling to get the ones I do find to respond to me.

It may have something to do where I'm at in my career - 15+ years of PM experience & director-level roles at my last 2 companies - so more exec level but not quite C-Suite. Have one-off recruiters hitting me up on LinkedIn about contract PM roles but that's not what I want.
