Hi, Don't get your hopes high. Accenture completed all the hiring steps with me. Then after ghosting for me 2 months i got an email that we are no longer considered this role. Keep looking for more opportunities.
Oh, I don't know why companies can't be transparent enough and communicate.
If you find the offer is good for you upload your docs and reach out to HR for counter offer discussion, basis of the conversation with HR take your next step (if you want to proceed with Accenture or your want to let go)

did you get the offer?today i got a call from hr to upload docs .I have given tech round yesterday..can you please let me know the process..Also for me there is option enable to upload docs in workday.Where did you uploaded
For me there is no option to upload docs in workday.. I tried contacting hr but she is not picking the call.. How many round happened for you and can you please share your ccctc and what you got in offer.. It will be helpfull last time they rejected me due toh expected ctc..
