For 38K a month, just go! It's an amazing pay and would help you live a luxurious life in UAE.
Company Name?
Just go ahead with the offer in UAE, it’s tax free salary that is important
I'd suggest you to move to dubai if you're taking that offer cuz you'll build network there if you go there. First is always that it's tax free only if you go and live there otherwise you'll be taxed in india. Though since it's contractual you can play in india for it to be part of your business and make the income tax free
It's a personal preference in the end what you prefer but if you're in your start or mid of your career, I'd strongly suggest you to explore the world

One of the payments network - advisory team.
In UAE, it willbe tax free whereas it is 30% in your bracket.. keep that in mind as well.
Agreed.
The choice was between this offer (not a job but a contract) vs WFH in India (lower costs, full time role)
Congrats this is a great offer.
Even considering u spend 18k per month AED, u ll be able to save around 4.5 lakhs INR monthly, around 50 lakhs per annum. This is greater than 30 laks post 30% tax cut fom 42 Laks in India.
Can u pls share
1. Years of experience ?
2. Technology stack your skillset ?
3. Is the company taking care of Medical insurance costs, work visa permit costs?
Thanks.
What are the skills required for this role, in case you decide not to.join, please refer me.
Ofcourse what's there to even think and analyse on it
Offer sounds very lucrative but Depends on other factors also
Single, married , if you have a kid, ageing parents etc
By the way which company gives WFH in india?
