I have a call with the recruiter tomorrow to discuss opportunities within the service line. Can you please help if anyone has been through this process? I am an automation engineer in the automotive field with 7 years experience with at least 50 successful integration projects. I want to ask for a raise. What tools can I use to to compare my salary to see if my compensation is fair.

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? Accepted offer to join F500. Start in 2 weeks. Dream FAANG role reached out for interview. How do I handle this? They do not know I accepted industry offer. If I get through process and FAANG role makes me an offer they will see I have been at a new job (that I didn’t disclose) for a ~month in the background check, will this hurt me? How do I handle this..
