I am being offered 30 fixed without pf, gratuity and 2 lpa bonus

Being told as lucknow being tier 2 city , cant expect ctc of tier 1 cities.

It's a good salary, even in Bangalore my friend was getting around 25 LPA for 7B band. So it's all depend on negotiation with hiring Manager.
