Hi , my hcl technical interview completed on 28th april and hr round completed on 3rd may, after that hr confirm you will received link for offer letter and documentation , but till now i have not received offer letter. When i tried to reach hr department they are telling its pending with management approvals. Anyone has idea how much time it will take still . Today its already 3 weeks after hr round.

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

My LWD is 2nd sep , could anyone please let me know if HCL would be able to close the process by then .
