My L2 round happened on 2nd June. HR negotiation happened on same. I submitted my docs on 12th June. Since then there is no communication. The HR is not picking my phone and not responding to mail as well . When can I expect the offer? Is there any timeline for the same?

After I max out my:

1.) 401k for the year
2.) My HSA for the year
3.) ROTH IRA for the year

What do people invest in after that? Whats the most tax advantaged way to save once you have maxed all of the above out?

Do tech companies like FAANG hire strategy consultants? Starting at an MBB/T2 next year and curious if tech companies leverage consultants as much as other industries. Part of me wonders if they are in such high growth right now that consultants can’t add as much value, thus maybe a smaller presence. Thoughts?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.
