Hi, on the offer letter from Capgemini, it is mentioned company's contribution to PF but doesn't state the employee's share. does it include both? or is employee of deducted separately

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .
