It’s been 15 months in revolut and the journey has always been a rollercoaster throughout and it became more worst when in last July my TL became who was an Indian. This is so true Indian managers are the worst managers. Under her my performance kept on declining only and she was not at all concerned about it.. She never used to support me.. instead she used to put all the blame on me.. In feb I try to raise the issue with upper management but I didn’t find any resolution instead my manager has taken this as a retaliation and conducted a meeting to put me on a PIP or resignation.. I am soon be entering in my third trimester so please guys help me out with the appropriate steps I should take here.. This is seem so unfair and disheartening affecting my health and giving me immense mental stress and that too this point of time..
