Go fr Amazon if u don't want to go onsite immediately. In this testing time it will also be difficult to get the visa and stamping as UK is planning to do blanket travel ban on every international country.
U can work with Amazon for a year or two and will try fr onsite from Amazon itself. I bet you if you go from amazon they sure pay u twice the amount what u are getting now from that Consultancy.
