Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. My skin is showing really bad acne, I feel unmotivated even to fill out job applications; I’m having trouble falling asleep at night and even though I sleep past noon sometimes I still feel tired during the day... Is it stress or burnout?

I just moved here so this might be a dumb question so please don’t judge. Why does my laundry smell like pee and how can I fix it? I used a common washer and dryer in my building. I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.

I have done AWS solutions architect Associate certification and AZ-900 certification. I have good knowledge on linux Administration, shell Scripting and java programming language. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

I have been offered an internship for Equity Research role for 2 months. Based on my performance, I'll be on boarded full time. However, they are not letting me know the salary range I can expect once the internship ends. How can I negotiate a salary as per my expectations?
