I am working as Microsoft Partnership Operations Executive for my current org. I deal with range of tasks such as agreement creation, order processing, internal stakeholder management, proposal drafting etc.
I have good knowledge of Office/ Microsoft 365 solutions along with Azure. I create Azure Estimates with pricing calculator.
I have done AZ900 and now prepping for AZ104.
How do I transition to Pre-sales / Cloud Admin kind of roles.
Looking for advice.

I don't have a very naturally corporate personality. Am I screwed, or is the environment in the industry sufficiently different now than it was 10/20/30 yrs ago that I can survive on merit/skill more?

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever.
