I Have an upcoming HR round with JPMC for the senior Agility Associate (602) role. I have 9+ years of experience and my current CTC is 26 LPA (out of which 3 lakh is variable). I wanted to set up my expected CTC around 38-40Lakhs Fixed. As I saw this was the salary range for 602. Can anyone help me understand the salary structure in JPMC and whether the expectation is good or should I quote less amount. Also how is the increment, Promotion and Variable thing. Please advise/Guide.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
