Hi team, my DOJ is on 5th May and today I received a message from Cognizant saying "Your onboarding pass is not generated. Please reach out to your recruiter immediately."
Has anyone faced it? What's the next process? Would my DOJ in my offer letter be updated automatically if they extend my onboarding date? Please help.

Is it easier to lateral to another HF/PE firm than to get an initial offer?
