I say take it. You’re lucky to have an offer in this environment. The competition is fierce at the moment and you have job security as a growth opportunity. Why deny the exposure and learning opportunities when it could take longer to get another opportunity for a food in the door. I was I interviewing for a dream job and a dream company and I settled for a different job at a different Co. since Covid had interviews canceled and offers rescinded.
