My office location and my hometown is far and the project team really didnt say about the wfh policy. If we dont inform and do wfh from hometown. Will that cause any issue?

There is no tracking per say or atleast they have not reported if we work outside the base location.

We are supposed to be at office for 2/3 days in a week and that will limit the scope of travelling as every week you need to travel unless your hometown or preferred city is close to HSBC's location

i left HSBC beacuse of that , sometime VPN tracks that and some team members got email for that . whenever you are out make sure your manager is informed , so that he can handle that situation

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

Hi HSBC sharks, my CCTC is 17.4LPA (Fixed). I have been offered a position at HSBC for Senior Analyst position. They are not offering a single rupee more than 30% i.e., 22.6LPA. What can I do to ask for more? Or it is their maximum at this position? Please help
