5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I was just involved in a Teams meeting where it was announced that leadership is now creating a hybrid model. They clearly stated we will not be returning to the office that we left in 3/2020. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
