Congratulations for the offer.
Just an FYI, for accenture TL role, once hired it might get difficult to get promotion for Lvl 8 Assoc Manager for some coming years. Apart from that it is a good offer. But just 2Lpa increase seems a bit low.
So try negotiating further and get upto 25-26 or match your current other offer for accenture.
On the other hand the payroll company Xpheno, it will be moreover a contract based opportunity in which you will get the complete amount in your bank, but once the contract gets over the company can fire you, that is not the case with accenture job.
In accenture if a project gets over and you get rolloff you will get another project. So there is a job security here.
The third party payroll might not be giving you the PF deductions also. I am not sure about how contract based hiring works but as far as I know it isnt that much secure.
Hope this helps.
Make your decision wisely and make the switch. Best of luck.
Go with the higher package and don't bother about 3rd party Payroll.. People who are in direct company Payroll are also not safe when layoff happens..
21L ctc is good for 9yoe.
Payroll company name
Xpheno software Services
Don't go for 3rd party
I have worked in Accenture for a decade and I can tell you that Accenture has a range for every designation they have, so don’t think they will increase their budget for you. Variable for 1st year would be low but don’t expect less than 60-70% of your variable part. Go for Accenture if you need stability in your career in these turbulent times. BDW how did you got the call from Accenture? Applied through naukri or career site?
Also, Accenture is offering me the same CTC what was my last drawn so this is will also affect my future negotiations correct ? once i left accenture ?
Current company, CTC and YOE?
Wtw, 19 lpa, 9 years PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Skill
Production Support is what kind of role is this technical role like coding
Direct payroll
Total years of experience?
9 years, PRODUCTION SUPPORT
In Accenture i heard from my friends that for your grade you hardly get 25% of your variable pay so I recommend other offer
Yeah same, so shall i consider the Other offer ?
Payroll
Xpheno Software services
Can Accenture accept counter offer?
No they are saying that they are having max budget of 21 as per the lvl 9 team lead
Better join a product based company
But third parties are not recommended
Hold on with your existing company!! Keep searching for other. Check Reward V)S Risk.
Same happened with me an year back.
Accenture max budget is 21 lpa .
What is the joining bonus? Because 30% will get deducted.
Accenture would be a good choice if you want peaceful Job.
Sometimes we need to choose between peace and money.
agreed but the problem is, Accenture is offering me the same CTC what was my last drawn so this is will also affect my future negotiations correct ? once i left accenture ?
I had worked in Accenture, so pls understand you will get hardly 10% of variable pay and what ever JB ur getting is not going to help for your next role as its not in CTC.
If you need stability go for Accenture, but other wise go for other role and in the 27.5 LPA u see a significant difference in your takehome as most of it might be a fixed pay.
Pls provide email di to apply for Sr. ASSOCIATRE I'm interested I'm Product Based Company.Im need for a job
I feel its better to join product Based company even on third party payroll. And more-over its difference of 6-7 lacs which matters
That's a great position to be in—congratulations on both offers!
If I were in your shoes, here’s how I’d evaluate:
🔹 Career Stability & Long-Term Growth:
Accenture being on direct payroll and a well-established brand offers better job stability, internal mobility, and long-term opportunities in terms of leadership roles and global exposure. Being a Team Lead also positions you better for future leadership roles.
🔹 Compensation & Role Clarity:
The product-based role has a higher CTC, but being on 3rd-party payroll can sometimes limit internal growth, benefits, and even long-term perception on your resume. It could also mean limited job security and involvement in core product decisions.
🔹 Resume Impact:
"Team Lead @ Accenture" on direct payroll reflects strong leadership and a trusted position in a Tier-1 company. That may weigh more positively on resumes for future hiring managers than a higher CTC without payroll clarity.
📌 Verdict (If Career Stability & Branding Matter More):
➡️ Go with Accenture – safer, more stable, and leadership-branded.
📌 Verdict (If Short-Term Compensation & Tech Exposure Matter More):
➡️ Go with the Product-based role – higher pay, faster-paced projects (but with the 3rd-party tradeoff).
At the end, align your decision with your 2-year vision: Leadership + Brand vs. Tech Exposure + Pay.
Best of luck – both offers are strong! 🚀
