The expansion of initial letter in my name is XYZ in PAN card website ( income tax website) And in passport it is mentioned as ABC.

Will it be a problem during background verification in IT companies? The first advantage (third party) is asking for expansion of my initial letter in my name, where I have clearly mentioned the scenario in thier comment box.
Will first advantage take this into consideration or will expansion of initial letter in a name will have any impact on the BGV?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
