Hi there. I just got offered a job at Vanguard for the Client Relationship Associate role. Super excited, but I am worried about the drug test. I have a medical marijuana card and therefore would test positive for THC. I'm not worried about the rest of the test as I don't take any other drugs. So I'm wondering, will I be protected by my medical card? If it matters, I am in Pennsylvania. I'm wondering if I should ask my recruiter but I'm afraid they may retract my offer just by asking?
