I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.

Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

What does this means ? I interviewed for LTI and now the status showing is this "Tagged to Another Requisition"

My current ctc is 20.3 LPA. And TCS offered 21 LPA. I have told them 4 months back only that my expectation is at least 30% hike. They dragged it a lot and took 4 months of my time for various interview rounds and now they came with this package. So I accepted. It's been 1 month now and I want to reject it now saying that i want the better hike. Is that correct?

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

How do you approach your bosses and say you’re burnt? I’m having a hard time dealing with the work load, keeping track of every little detail of my job. Being in an Administrator role, a lot is on your plate. A lot is expected of you. People rely on me! I’m soooo drained.

M getting an offer from Hexaware Tech for technical account mgmt profile and right now i am working in Capg as a bid manager. I consider Account mgr role better for my career.
Although Capg is trying to retain me with multiple other roles like solution mgr etc. And match the package.

Do i need to reconsider my decision just for the Capg brand or I can go with the profile happiness tgat i am getting in Hexaware?

Like a dumb dumb took an offer with a foreign startup rather then T2 firm 6 months ago and now I’m 1.5 years out of college with decent experience but it’s all over the place and ranges from niche technical consulting to broad client facing market research and strategy. My biggest ADHD symptom is - Getting easily frustrated with the smallest things. Lashing out or being constantly irritated with everything. Happens especially at the end of the day when the Vyvanse medication is wearing off. Also, happens on non-medicated days.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. I want to ask for a 20%raise, knowing that the company is planning the year budget around now should I give my manager a heads up as to what I’m expecting before my salary review? I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year.
