Define good? And what type of malpractice?

To all my Minorities in America:
With election season coming to a close and racism being more alive than ever, I hope that you find some sign of optimism regardless of the election results. We’re nowhere near where we need to be, but I do wish we can still hold on to the hope. It’s been a tough year, but our resilience as minorities is what builds our character and keeps us going. Hello ! I have an Deloitte India
In the offer received from Deloitte Its mentioned as 24L fixed and 2.4 L Performance Incentive.

But i just want to understand is there another 10% of the CTC that Deloitte would pay the candidates by end of fiscal year along with the performance incentive ? (Which means fixed CTC + 10% of fixed CTC will be awarded based on candidate performance + 10% based on company performance ?)

My firm wants us back in the office at least 4 days a week, which is whatever. I love WFH but as long as I can do it 1-2 days a week and come and go as I please, I’m happy enough. But I’m having a big issue… I cannot be super productive in the office. I’m totally fine at home, but in the office, I can only be productive with brief or firedrill tasks. If I have to draft something? I just spin my wheels. Cont..

Is there ever a scenario where it would be beneficial to the employee to enter into an arbitration agreement with your employer (mutually consent to resolve by arbitration all claims or controversies, past present or future that the company may have against you or you against the company/company's employees)? Any divorce lawyer or people with divorce process experience here? Want to know when dividing assets, do we have to divide it equity or we can divide it however we want as long as we reach agreement?

Can you work as a paralegal without a paralegal certificate? Asking for a friend. Ultimate goal is law school (assuming paralegal work isn’t a huge turn off). Looking at roles in NY or DC & it’s unclear! TIA

Situation: finalized divorce, agreement on the asset (house) division: party “A” keeps the house, and party “B” gets the pay out cash from 50/50 equity division of the house.
The party A that is keeping the house needs to pay the payout amount in 2 years using the party’s annual bonus and/or cash from selling our other property, which ever comes first. Party A received the annual bonus but is refusing to pay party B, the bonus is about 40-60k. Should party B take a legal action now or... con’t
