TCS has not given promotion from the last 7 years
Though I have worked on good roles throught this tenure. I am still in the 10-14 lakh CTC bracket. Is it a good time to switch ? Am I being underpaid?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Can i expect the offer letter to be released? If yes when?

Opposing counsel is a full on sexist. Wrote me an email that he refuses to communicate with me and takes me off communications when he responds back to my team. I am the lead attorney on this matter. To date I have just been pretending like I don’t know that he’s doing that and respond back as if he has not responded to me. Do Data Engineers generally get much lesser CTC than Data Scientists and Software Developers at Top Product Based companies?

I am only getting 18.5 LPA (including RSUs) at a Top Product Based Company for 4 YOE, whereas many of my peers are getting 24-30 LPA for my experience level at my company. (some even lesser than me)

People are getting much more than me in Devops and Software Development - Both Frontend and backend.

Does offer letter crossed check with that company?
