Hiii Ladies!!! Anyone has any tips on how to not get mascara on your eyelid (especially close to the top lash line) when applying mascara? I always have to wipe it with a qtip which then takes off my concealer and powder underneath.

Wish I had a better trick, but I just do my eye makeup first and then use makeup remover on a q-tip to clean it up before doing the rest of my makeup. Even with formulas that dry quicker or have less fallout, there’s always a little black on my q-tip

I have better luck by 1) wiping as much extra product from the brush as possible on the edge of the tube before applying, and 2) tilt your head downward 45ish degrees so you’re applying the mascara more horizontally than vertically (as you would if you were looking straight in a mirror when applying)

Hi everyone! I’m an EA for a Property Management company, I wanted to get your opinion on a situation. We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly.
