I have zero clue where to ask this question so I am going to try here - WHAT is with the tree at Daley Center Plaza near the NW corner of Dearborn and Washington that is always just absolutely covered in birds. Like thousands of birds. Does anyone else know what I am talking about or am I losing it?

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.

So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I graduated with a BA in Cinema and Television Arts; specifically in Entertainment Media Management. I wasn’t able to do an internship because of work and personal stuff. Does anyone know any good tips of what entry level positions I should look into?
