Hikes less than 8%,Promotions not happening for 4-5 years.Is situation similar for other folks too in Barclays?

Hoping for some Friday Friendliness on this one: have several team match discussions coming up for Product Management roles. How would you advise getting a good feel for the team, assessing the lead, and otherwise proving the team dynamic?

Do you think culinary school is worth it? I've been a waiter for a year but really want to be a chef. The people I work with say to just start in the kitchen and work my way up but I think culinary school might get me where I want to be faster. The cost is pretty insane though. Any advice?

Does it matter which interview date I select for schools? The last day offered for one of the schools is best for my schedule - does taking that slot hurt my chances?

Also want to clarify on offer letter after fix pay.. I am not getting variable pay section.
