Facebook (Meta) Hey there! I’m interested in applying for the Rotational Product Manager role at Facebook/Meta. I’m currently working as both a Senior CSM and a Product Specialist at a Health-Tech company. Would anyone be willing to offer a referral (I feel weird making this post, but, he we are haha). Happy to chat if needed. Appreciate your help :)

Why would you disclose this? Plenty of valid reasons for leaving.
No. Your previous firm is only allowed to legally disclose your tenure and most recent title if a hiring company asks. So you don’t have to disclose you were laid off as your reason for leaving. You could say that you are looking for something different or are looking for “x” out of your work that you weren’t being exposed to in your previous role. Say something that isn’t a lie, but not the full story. And you’re fine.
You’re getting interviews?? Good job, it’s brutal out there
Through extensive networking. And referrals. It’s brutal out there
In what world would you ever disclosed this 😭 just say you’re looking for a new challenge like the rest of us
You don't need to disclose information like that.
You don't to report it. I've never been asked
Do not disclose. If they ask why you left, focus on what you are looking for. Stay future focussed. Do not lie if you find yourself in a corner but that should be easily avoided if you have your approach figured out.
You don’t need to disclose but be aware other countries and jurisdictions have different regs and what not.
